Perrelet, distinguished for its exclusive timepieces, has introduced its Maestro Edition musical watches housed in The Tower that has an iPod nano (8GB) dock with integrated remote plus speakers. The iPod Tower incorporates two Swisskubik watch winders in its windows, which can be accessed both from front and back. The Tower is constructed from lacquered dark wood and brushed aluminium with Logitech speakers under the aluminum grill. The system comes with a black iPod nano (8GB) with a few pre-loaded audio files featuring the tunes of the chiming watches. The first watch is a Perrelet 5-Minute Repeater while the second watch is an Alarm (reversed picture). So you can even set up a louder alarm on the loudspeaker if you are a deep sleeper. The Tower can be plugged in with an included international adapter and the watch winders are also re-chargeable. The stainless steel watches feature anti-glare sapphire crystal (front & back) and come with their special boxes. Each watch is available in a limited edition of 50. The watches will reportedly go on sale for a price ranging from ,000 – ,000 per watch, exclusive of the tower.
